No. Once your booking is confirmed and your deposit placed, the package price is locked. We absorb ordinary currency movement so you can prepare without watching an exchange rate.
How do you verify halal standards abroad?
Our procurement team audits partners directly. Every property we book is alcohol-free with halal-certified dining, and each supplier carries a certification date in our system — a lapsed certificate blocks the booking.
Can you accommodate elderly pilgrims?
Yes. We recommend the VIP packages for travellers who should avoid long walks, and our ground staff arrange wheelchair assistance for Tawaf and Sa'i. Tell us when you book so it is arranged before you land.
How long does an Umrah visa take?
Usually three to five working days once we have a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date. We check every document before filing so an application is not returned.
How can I pay?
Cash at our Banani office, bank transfer, or bKash. Every payment is receipted from our accounting system, and your booking is confirmed in writing.
